Reminders, Wellbeing, Spirals, and Constellations
Posts from the archives. What will you discover?
Summer break has started, and if you’ve been around here for a while you know that the end of the school year is always tricky for me to navigate. I’m really proud of myself for noticing it early this year, focusing on family time, my own wellbeing, and reducing demands — and that includes sending out a roundup of posts from the archives instead of writing something fresh.
FYI: I updated the preview text for each of the posts below so you can easily navigate which one of these you might want to check out.
I hope you’ll find something useful here!
But first… I want to share with you this lovely testimonial I received for the Art of Friendship, my group coaching program:
“the thing about working with Hanna is: she doesn't so much give instruction as she does keep you calm so you can find the instruction from inside yourself. for me it was less about Coaching and more about co-regulation within an atmosphere of spacious ease while being witnessed and supported. even weeks after the sessions wrapped i am still reflecting on the experience and integrating what i discovered more and more deeply. i am repairing some of my internal infrastructure as a result. internal-life changing!”
