I wish I could upload my picture to this comment! Well, not really - I reached for the first thing next to my bed and drew it on a paper towel, so it looks pitiful. As are some of the sections. It shows I really need to do better with eating, joyful movement, therapy, and hygiene. Yikes!
... well I notice you said "I really NEED to do better" instead of for example "I WANT to or I'd LIKE to...". Also: what does "do better" mean? and the 'yikes' in the end isn't exactly giving vibes that you'd enjoy any of this...
And I'll throw the question back at you: do you feel you're judging yourself too harshly and how would you want to rephrase it?
(these are SUCH coachy questions, I can't help it! And there's no need to share, I just really don't want this wheel to create yet another layer of shame and "shoulds" about where we're falling short of taking care of our own wellbeing!)
Glad you like this, Tara! It's so versatile! I also tend to forget that I have this in my toolbox but I think it's also a good one to complete on a regular basis, whether once a year or maybe quarterly as the seasons change? As a way to see the connection over time...

Thank you for the inspiration.
Hi Jude! If you'd like to share your picture with me, you can attach them in a DM!! :)
I am sure to me it will look anything but pitiful!
Also, could I share something I'm noticing about your word choice?
Oh, dear - I'm afraid I didn't take a picture and I threw away the sorry tissue!
And, yes, of course - I am open to your feedback. I suspect I might be judging myself too harshly?

Adding this exercise to my journaling prompts! I’ve done a similar exercise before but not in a while. Thanks for sharing
