We’re dealing with one, possibly two PDA’ers in my house (and that’s not even including myself) so mornings particularly in times of anxiety and related school refusal have been really testing. Love your invitation to introduce some experiments to see what might help. Shifting breakfast earlier and making a no tv in the morning Mon-Fri rule has helped massively, but there are still days that make me flip my lid.
