This post is aptly timed. I’ve been feeling sluggish and frustrated with myself lately. Tracking daily energy, and reorganizing the day around that, is a great idea. Going to try to be mindful of my patterns this week. Thanks for the inspiration.

I'm glad it inspired you. I'd love to hear your insights as you're reflecting on it if you're willing to share. My advice would be to keep it curious and light and playful and start with small changes. Sluggish and frustrated is no fun; I hope you find some joyful energy in your near future!

I haven't. I am vaguely familiar with his ideas but have some (unchecked) ideas about it being a bit... culty? If I were to check out his work, where do you recommend I start?

Ha. I’ve never gotten that impression but maybe I am uninformed. The “power of now” and “a new earth” help me reframe and narrow my focus when I feel like my thoughts are spiraling out of control. The concepts are basic and grounding.

I think I put on hold on Libby one you are reading too. Love the connections here!

I have no real reason for my skepticism and just borrowed one of his excerpt books on Libby to check it out :)

As always I resonate with what you have to say. I’ve given up trying to understand my energy.

I’ve started to put my focus on being kind to myself if I haven’t been productive.

And if I do have energy…it’s off to the races.

I’m glad you found a way that works for you! Do you find it exhausting sometimes to have to be aware of your energy levels “on the go”? I’m leaning into it by going with the flow but sometimes feel like I’m missing the moment.
