Hi friend,
as much as I enjoyed my series on friendship and having interesting conversations, I need a break. I underestimated how much thinking and headspace it required, and so for the next few weeks, I’m taking it slow.
You can expect shorter emails and if you’re new here, this gives you a chance to go back to the archives and find some older posts.

To celebrate of 1 year on Substack, I did some organizing around here—including a new layout on my homepage! You can now more easily find post for specific topics: ADHD, my autism side, coaching, burnout, and activities.

Whether you’re new here, a casual reader, or an engaged subscriber, I need your help. I am completing an audit of my publication this month so it can continue to evolve aligned with my vision and your needs.
