About Purposeful Connection

“It very much feels like you are giving me permission to accept how I am” - S.G.

Purposeful Connection is a space in which I invite you to connect to your inner wisdom so you can live the life you want to live.

At Purposeful Connection, I share my own personal stories around burnout, discovering my neurodivergent (ADHD+autistic) identity, from a lens of practicing kindness and self-compassion. I also share the occasional guide for how to incorporate kindness into your own life.

My goal is for you to feel less alone and to build trust to tap into your own knowing.

About me, Hanna

I’m Hanna Keiner, big tech burnout recovered human turned life coach, late-diagnosed ADHD, self-identified autistic, parent, and (apparently) writer. I grew up in Germany and now live in the US Pacific Northwest. My pronouns are she/her/hers.

I spent ten years in tech, working in various Program and Product Management roles at Amazon before I reached a point of burnout in 2021. I decided to take a career break; to find my way back to myself. And now I am emerging on the other side as a coach, helping others to re-connect to who they are so they can live a purpose-drive life. Sometimes I think it sounds like such a cliche!

Work with me

As a coach, I create the (ADHD+autism friendly) space for you to find the connection to yourself so you can live the life you want to live.

Does this resonate with you?

  • You feel all over the place sometimes?

  • You don’t even know where to begin to sort through your thoughts?

  • You feel like there’s no time and space to find clarity about where you are, what you want, and how to get there?

  • You understand there are no “quick fixes” but you you’re ready to get curious?

How can I help?

  • I create the space, the “container” for you to explore, think, process.

  • I ask curious questions while you maintain agency about where we go (in terms of topic and depth)

  • I listen to you. You can take your time to find the right words; no rush; no “right” answers.

  • You won’t always trust yourself (yet) and that’s okay. I got you; you got this.

  • You have the space to make your own choices, without judgment. \

  • We partner to create an environment in which you’ll get to know your intuition, your inner wisdom, your knowing.

  • From there, we create the change you want to experience.
